This Kettle Hat represents a former representative of this type of helmet used in the 13th century.
It is distinguished by a flat comb and a wide brim, which should deflect bullets and stones from above.
This helmet is made of two halves of hand-forged 1,6 mm steel, which are then welded and polished.
For reinforcement, a steel band was riveted with the bell.
The Kettle Hat has a leatherinlet and a chin strap.
